Horticulture first
Jesse Culotta started working for Garden Art Landscaping at sixteen, earned a horticulture degree from CSU, and took over the company in 2014. The business itself has been designing and tending Fort Collins landscapes since 1985. He's an ALCC member and a Certified Landscape Technician, and the business has carried a BBB A+ rating since it was accredited in 2014.
